Queen Q TECH is a precision machining company operating since 2019 in Ankara Ostim OSB, under Queen Lojistik Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. In a 650 m² covered facility, our team of 11 produces parts for the aerospace, automotive, medical and machinery sectors.

With engineer-to-order (ETO) and make-to-order (MTO) models, we apply the same discipline from a single prototype to low and medium volume series production: complete analysis of the technical drawing, correct process planning, CMM verification and traceable records from raw material to shipment.

What we do before we accept a job

In precision manufacturing, most errors originate not at the machine but at the moment the technical drawing is read. That is why we review every incoming drawing for manufacturability (DFM) before production starts: are there missing or contradictory dimensions, is the required surface finish compatible with the chosen material, do the clamping surfaces suit the geometry of the part. If we see a problem, we tell you before we begin.

This may look like lost time, but the opposite is true: a dimensional conflict discovered later costs you the raw material, the machine hours and your delivery date. Manufacturability feedback is part of the quotation stage and is not charged separately.

The path a part follows here

1. The technical drawing and quantity are received; a manufacturability (DFM) review is carried out.
2. Material, process sequence and machine selection are planned; the quote and delivery date are issued.
3. Raw material is accepted with a heat/lot record and released to production.
4. The CAM program is prepared; tooling and fixtures are set up.
5. First article inspection (FAI) is performed and every dimension on the drawing is verified.
6. After approval, series production begins with in-process checks throughout the batch.
7. Where required, heat treatment, anodising, plating or painting are managed through our approved suppliers.
8. Final CMM inspection is carried out and parts ship with the dimensional report, material certificate and certificate of conformity (CoC).

Why we are strong on low and medium volumes

We work with a team of 11 people in a 650 m² facility. That scale turns setup and approval cycles which take weeks in large plants into days here. It is also why we can treat a single prototype and a repeating series order with the same discipline: the people who decide, who program and who produce are under one roof.

We take work under four models: engineer-to-order (ETO), make-to-order (MTO), single-piece or small-batch prototyping, and planned low-to-medium volume series production after FAI. Whether you have only an idea or a sample, or a fully dimensioned technical drawing, we can start from the same point.
