Every sector has its own priority
Two parts of identical dimensions are produced with attention to different things if they are destined for different sectors. For us the distinction between sectors is not a marketing heading but a difference with concrete consequences in process planning.
- AerospaceThe priority is tight tolerance and complete records. Light-alloy, thin-walled parts with complex surfaces; 5-axis machining in aluminium and titanium. Heat management and tool life monitoring are decisive, and every part is delivered with a full dimensional report and FAI.
- AutomotiveThe priority is repeatability. Prototype and test parts, fixtures and tooling, precision turned shafts and bushings on Swiss-type machines. The hundredth part matching the first is achieved through in-process check frequency and a planned tool change schedule.
- MedicalThe priority is surface quality and material traceability. Small, precise parts in stainless steel and titanium; detailed geometries completed in a single operation on Swiss-type machines. Surface roughness measurement and non-contact optical inspection matter most here.
- Machinery, electronics and R&DThe priority is fit within the assembly, and speed. Spare and special parts for machine builders; electronic enclosures, chassis and heat-sink blocks; rapid prototypes for university and R&D teams. Mechanical assembly can be done here where required.
What kind of work suits us
We are strong on complex geometries, tight tolerances and work that requires records. We operate from single-piece prototypes up to low and medium volume repeat orders, and where heat treatment, anodising, plating or painting is needed we manage those special processes too, so you take delivery from a single point. Very high volume, simple geometry work driven purely by unit price falls outside our area — we prefer to say so at the outset.

Yes. We produce rapid prototypes for R&D teams and provide manufacturability (DFM) feedback where the design is not yet settled.
Do you supply customers abroad?
Yes, we work with international customers and correspond in both Turkish and English.
Do you accept low-quantity work?
Yes. Low and medium volume work, including single-piece prototypes, is within our normal range.
