1. Data controller

2. Which data we process

Data you submit through the quote form: full name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, part or project name, quantity and estimated annual demand, material, required delivery date, your notes, and the technical drawing file you upload.

Visit records: IP address, the page viewed and the language preference. These are recorded automatically to produce site usage statistics.

3. Purposes of processing

• To review your request, prepare a quotation and send it to you.
• To contact you about your request and carry out pre-contractual discussions.
• To fulfil our legal obligations regarding record keeping.
• To measure how the website is used and improve it.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following grounds: (c) processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract; (ç) it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; (f) it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Method of collection

Data is collected through the form on our website and by e-mail, by automated or partly automated means.

6. Technical drawings

Technical drawings and other files you upload are not stored on our web server. They are forwarded as an e-mail attachment to our corporate e-mail address and are held in that mailbox only.

All files you send are treated as confidential and are used solely to evaluate your request. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

7. Transfer of data

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes with any third party.

Transfers are limited to the infrastructure through which our corporate e-mail and hosting services are provided, and to authorised public institutions where there is a legal obligation to do so.

8. Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and, thereafter, for the limitation periods laid down in the applicable legislation. Once these periods expire, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

9. Your rights under Article 11

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• To request information if your personal data has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
• To request the erasure or destruction of your data where the grounds for processing no longer exist, and to request that this be notified to third parties.
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data solely by automated means.
• To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your data.

You may submit your requests in writing to the address above, or by e-mail to kahraman@q-inv.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
